Two of my favorite public events in Minnesota are the State Fair and the Winter Carnival. I took two of the most memorable places and designed the Saint Paul Summer Carnival. I was challenged with coming up with a way to get a variety of people to enjoy a local event. I was able to create a lot of attention through the circular design, large tent, and all things a carnival has to offer. This four-day annual event is only a start to finding another way to get people together.
